With allergen incidents continually on the rise and serious incidents making the headlines we have recently developed a new auditing service for our clients.

The CSC allergen audit is a desktop audit of a site(s) allergen procedures, documentation and training.  Alongside a review of paperwork the desktop audit will also include a telephone interview with site management to verify the implementation of the procedures, team knowledge and verify the documentation against the sites menu. Once completed the audits action plan will be hosted on CSC’s online Complyforce portal, this enables sites to easily review areas to address and close off action points once completed.

At £95+ vat per audit. The desktop audit is a cost effective way to assess your site(s) current allergen standards and help to ensure continuous improvement within your operation.
