Health & Safety Accreditation for Serviced Apartments

Serviced apartments have come a long way from their original concept of a home from home solution for business professionals seeking an alternative to the traditional hotel rooms. Today they provide short and long-term stays for both the busy professional and leisure breaks.

Demand for this spacious, high-quality, accommodation is predicted to grow exponentially over the coming years, meaning that industry recognised compliance standards are crucial. Tenants looking to sign either short or long-term contracts will require assurance that all necessary compliance issues have been taken care of and that, when in residence, they can relax in comfort and safety.

To achieve this Common Sense Compliance Ltd have developed an industry standard in line with statutory laws and guidelines.

The CSC accreditation is an industry recognised compliance standard. That ensures that service operators can be confident that all their key statutory compliant requirements are met and the buildings that they utilise provide a safe environment and peace of mind for their guests.
